La Boulangerie, a French bakery in Drammen, is looking for a baker.Having to replace one of our bakers, our small enterprise (14 French and Norwegian speaking employees) is looking for a qualified baker who is conscientious, neat, flexible and motivated.The job:- You have a good command of the sourdough fermentation technique, weighing, kneading, and hand shaping. You are comfortable with laminating and making viennoiseries/pastries.- We bake in a deck oven.- Baking of a small variety of petits fours (in small quantities)The production is closed on Sundays, and you will have 1 fixed day off pr week or off every other weekendAdditional information:- We help you with formalities (immigration, bank, healthcare) and we help you find housing.- You integrate proactively in our team.
