We are looking for a highly motivated Special Engineer to join our team at the Translational Research Unit, Section of Cellular therapy, Oslo University Hospital-Radium Hospital, Norway. The section is home to one of Europe’s biggest and most modern GMP facilities for cellular products. The Section for Cellular Therapy is home to one of Europe’s biggest and most modern GMP facilities for cellular products and also provides cellular products for industry trials abroad. The section counts 35 employees split in a clinical ward and the Translational Research Unit (18 employees), which is developing pre-clinical solutions in cancer immunotherapy. A post-doc position is available in the Dr. Knævelsrud project group within the Cancer Molecular Medicine group of Dr. Enserink at the Institute for Cancer Research, Division for Cancer Medicine from September 1, 2024 for 1 year. The organization and research focus The Cancer Molecular Medicine group is located at the Radium hospital, which is part of Oslo University Hospital, the largest academic hospital in Scandinavia. The group is a member of a Norwegian Centre of Excellence (Centre for Cancer Cell Reprogramming, CanCell), which consists of six research groups focused on unraveling molecular mechanisms of tumorigenesis.
