A postdoc/researcher position for 16 months is available in the group of Ludvig Sollid. The successful candidate will work with T-cells in the human condition celiac disease, particularly T-cells located in Gut Associated Lymphoid Tissues (GALT). The group has established convenient tools, including HLA-DQ:gluten tetramers, that will be used to study culprit gluten-specific CD4+ T-cells. Relevant analytic tools in the project include advanced flow cytometry and single cells sequencing.
