Villa Mat is a cateringcompany founded in 1976 in Skien, Norway. We have a large Villa for events like weddings, jubilees,concerts and company events. Our kitchen and small coffeshop/café is detatched from the Villa (Villa Fløyen). In addition to this we have two canteens, and cater to a number of buisinisses.Job description:The Head chef (HC)will have control over shift-lists, place orders end keep stock.  HC will also be responsible for following up menues and menu-development.
